When booking a tandem skydive for the Palm Dropzone online, you need to pay the full amount to confirm your reservation and check-in time. All Palm Dropzone tandem payments are valid for 12 months. The payment is non-refundable past the expiration date.
When booking a tandem skydive for the Desert Campus online, you need to pay the full amount to confirm your reservation and check-in time. All Desert Campus tandem payments are valid for 12 months. The payment is non-refundable past the expiration date.
If your tandem skydive is cancelled due to adverse weather conditions or other circumstances beyond Skydive Dubai's control, you can choose to reschedule your tandem skydive to another available date or have your payment refunded. All tandem payments are valid for 12 months only and are non-refundable past the expiration date.
If you request a refund, the purchase price will be refunded using the original payment method. This applies to Gift Voucher purchases as well. In-office payments and bank transfers (when applicable) will take between six to eight weeks to be refunded.
If you are unable to experience your tandem skydive due to your own actions (rescheduling your booking without a minimum of 24 hours' notice, failure to show up on time, being under the influence of alcohol or drugs before your skydive, or non-compliance with other instructions and requirements for a tandem skydive), a refund is not applicable. If you need to reschedule your tandem skydive, the payment made during the booking process will be valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Individuals must reschedule their booking up to 24 hours before their reservation date or risk losing the payment. Groups must reschedule up to 72 hours before their reservation date or risk losing the payment.
In the rare event that the camera equipment used during a tandem skydive malfunctions, there is a technical glitch beyond our control, or human error occurs, or if the weather affects the overall outcome of the tandem media, the incident will be escalated to Skydive Dubai's management for review. The customer may then be eligible for a refund of the money paid for the camera package in question.
Skydive Dubai partners with select travel agents/agencies. Please note that Skydive Dubai does not take responsibility for erroneous or duplicate bookings made or guaranteed by the agent/agency when there is no availability on our live booking calendar. Additionally, if skydiving operations are cancelled for the day and the customer is eligible for a refund, the customer must contact the agency for a refund.
Skydive Dubai reserves the right to close either of its Dropzones or cancel operations on any other dates than specified. Skydive Dubai will not be responsible for any incidental expenses or consequential losses that skydivers may have incurred as a result of the planned or unexpected Dropzone closures, including but not limited to visas, airfare tickets, fees related to booking accommodation, etc.
All payments made prior to 1 December 2019 are valid until 31 December 2021. Payments made from 1 December 2019 are valid for 12 months only from the date of purchase.

If you want to use the services of our packers at either location, you will need to purchase a packing ticket.
If you are unable to use your jump tickets, they are fully refundable at both Dropzones. Jump ticket packages are non-transferable.

In case a student cannot complete the AFF course (ground school and/or subsequent skydives), they will only be charged for the services they have started.
The student is not eligible for a refund on the Outside Video Package once they use the Cat A jump ticket, whether or not they proceed with the course.

You can exchange items within 14 days of purchase at the store where the item was originally sold.
Items must be unused with sales tags still attached, and proof of purchase must be presented to our store’s attendants.
